Question 1

What areas do you serve?

Accepted Answer

Charleston, Mount Pleasant, Summerville, Daniel Island, and the surrounding Lowcountry. For larger projects outside this area, reach out and we'll talk.

Question 2

How do I book?

Accepted Answer

Start with the booking form on the home page, or call (843) 410-9866. We'll begin with a short call to understand the space and how you use it.

Question 3

Do I need to be home during the organizing?

Accepted Answer

For most closet and styling work, yes — especially the edit and styling phases, so decisions reflect how you actually live. For whole-home organizing, we can often work independently once a plan is set.

Question 4

What happens to the items I no longer want?

Accepted Answer

Donation drop-off is always included. For pieces with resale value, I handle the resale plan and process — you keep the proceeds, minus any handling.

Question 5

Do I need to buy new containers or products?

Accepted Answer

Not usually. I start with what you already have and design systems that hold up. If a few pieces would genuinely help, I'll source them — never a container-store haul for its own sake.

Question 6

How long does a project take?

Accepted Answer

It depends on scope. A closet reset can often be done in a day; whole-home unpacking and organizing may spread across sessions. We'll set a clear timeline in the walkthrough.

Question 7

What does it cost?

Accepted Answer

Closet Reset starts at $450, Home Organization at $850, Styling & Resale at $375, Shopping Experience at $200, and Unpacking & Settling In at $650. Final investment depends on scope and is confirmed in the walkthrough.

Question 8

Do you offer virtual consultations?

Accepted Answer

Yes — every project starts with a virtual consult. For larger work, I follow up with an in-home walkthrough to assess, measure, and shape the plan.
